Torrent 99.9 stuck problem

28 Jun 2018 I have this issue too - see it on about 1 out of every 10 torrents that I download ( using Windows 10 64-bit, qBittorrent v4.1.1). They go "stalled"

14 Mar 2014 In this is video error of utorrent not connecting to peers while downloading stuck, stop peers after some download file. never had any issue since last few months down load stops at 99.7-99.9% i also include some task info like if other peers are stuck at the same level, those who downloaded the torrent have de-selected one or two small
